Well the nurse needs to go back to school. If you take a blood pressure on the lower arm you cannot listen in the arm joint you need to listen at the wrist. When I questioned she went and got the portable unit. Worked fine

This was my first time dealing with my new general practitioner Dr. Steven Holcomb. Everyone was very professional and at the same time friendly. Things happened quickly and efficiently. As a new resident of West Bend I am glad that I chose Aurora for my health care needs.

Dr. Holcomb is caring, competent, and trustworthy. HE takes his time to answer my questions, tell me his diagnosis, and what the plan is going forward.

Staff got me in before my schedule time. Ask if I had any issues that I wanted to talk to the doctor about. All the nurses and doctor are always on top of everything and very nice.

I had a good visit and contact by all involved from the nurse, Dr Holcomb and the blood draw tech was thorough and professional.
