Dr. Potts and the team are great but only gave an 8 for referrals because he's already got insanely long wait times.

Everyone I have encountered at this entity was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr Potts ordered a blood test and I went to the lab on site. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a simple blood test. I was about to walk out. I thought it would be a quick visit, but ended up being an hour and a half.
