Terrible reception area registration staff was late clinicians had to have patients sign in over 30 minutes late

I had my own ideas concerning the treatment for my current health issues. Doctor Potts listened carefully to me and even agreed to what I wanted to do. I was very glad he agreed with me. I have only seen Dr Potts a few times before this meeting and was worried how he might react to what I wanted. The whole meeting went far better than I feared. No need for me to have worried.

Have some difficulties with Advocates' reliance on Online portals. It doesn't always work for those who are not as Online savvy as some.
