Dr Hersh makes you feel comfortable and has a way to make you give up unhealthy habits. I like him. He is a good person in a noble profession.

The waiting room was packed and docs were running behind. But it was a day after a holiday, so maybe that's why. Provider answered my questions.

Although didn't see provider until 1 hr after appt time, he was very thorough and took time with me to answer all questions...and I would guess being late getting to me was result of being thorough with others, so totally understand!
