I was disappointed that I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the physician, even though I had arrived 15 minutes early. The delay was explained as caused by a software update that was being performed at the time and required the doctor to receive immediate training. This is unacceptable. Such updates and training should be conducted after or before office hours.

I simply couldn't ask for a more kind, professional and caring staff. My doctor and his nurse are superb!

I'm glad I found this doctor after I lost my previous cardiologist. Dr. Hersh is everything I need from a doctor. He listens, very thorough and welcomes your ideas and will give you an honest answer. I wish he could be the doctor for my entire family members and friends.

Dr Steve is firm on the goal and game plan expectations set forth but at the same time fair. Being a bit old school myself I can relate to his communication style more comfortably and feel I will keep my health goals better this time around. Thanks for the referral!
