I was very impressed with how Dr. Romeo talked me through the process of diagnosing me in detail. I have worked with other ENTs at Aurora in the past that have been an absolute waste of time. Even though Dr. Romeo came to the conclusion he couldn't help me based on a scope and previous scans, he helped come up with other ideas that could help take care of the issues myself and others assumed were sinus-related. It was very personal and detail-oriented, which I appreciated very much.
I kind of felt like the appt wasn't necessary for me all he did was look in my ears.... They were fine. Kind of a waste of appointment for me in and out in 10 minutes. They could of done it by a phone call to see if I was having anymore vertigo, which had cleared up with physical therapy
