De. Romeo is very knowledgeable and caring.
The nurse was very rude and uncaring. I told the doctor and he seemed not to care. I think me stating this angered the doctor and made his unsympathetic to the reason I came in.
Dr Romeo was very efficient. He removed wax from my right ear. We talked while he was working. I asked some questions which he answered. And then he was done.
