Dr. Nystrom is awesome!!!

This is the second time that my Dr. that was under contract was no longer practicing at Aurora and I was not notified about it. That practice is not good for hospital/ patient trust. I suggest that next time you have a Dr. under contract from another hospital and you no longer renew that contract that you would let the patient know ahead of time. It's very disconcerting to walk up to your Drs. Window only to be told that they are no longer there. Especially when there has been a trust built up.

In the past, I have had my issues with Dr. Nystrom. However, yesterday, he was quite pleasant and it was a pleasure seeing him. He was informative and reassuring. Even empathetic when the time came for it to be.

Dr. Nystrom was kind enough to suggest a Dr. to help with my shoulders and he was kind enough to help with the pain in the left side of my lefty knee.

It gave me a information. That I will need to see someone in therapy.

This was the first post-op visit with the surgeon. Pleasant, informative and to the point. Whole staff from reception, X-ray techs, nurses and Dr. We're fantastic.

I do not know the receptionist name but she went above to wheel me to the front door. She was very kind.
