Dr. Nystrom was very understanding with my fear of having this surgery and was very comforting explaining everything to me which made me feel much better. You can see he is a very caring doctor. All the staff was very nice..

The exam room seemed quite clean, sanitary, etc., and there was the little usual placard on the exam table stating that the room had been sanitized, etc. But when the staff came in to the room to review what had been done and to schedule future appointments scheduling, there was no specific place for them to set their laptop, etc. to do the review or scheduling. So they do what most people would do, which is to improvise and use what is available. So both of the employees who entered this room used the exam table as their work station. I understand why they did it, since there was no other space for them to set up, but it seems rather puzzling to me that a room which is being used by multiple people with different functions, does not include a drop down shelf or some other parking station for those who need to use their laptop or other equipment which they cart with them from room to room in order to complete their job while maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the exam table. The worker bees deserve better attention to their work needs! Thank you.
