I had a virtual appointment and I had to wait awhile for her to show up and I didn't get in contact with her until calling the office. It would have been nice to have some sort of acknowledgement that she was coming or how many minutes I could expert her in instead of just mindlessly sitting in the virtual waiting room wondering if she was going to show up.

Stephanie was extremely well versed with my particular medical condition and was very knowledgeable about my symptoms. She went over test results and my MRI explaining in detail where I was at with my health issues and offered new directions with my medications that I am exploring. She is not only well informed but compassionate as well, I appreciate her taking her time with me.
