She said I should add more fiber to my diet. I'm thinking maybe she thought my rectal bleeding from hemorrhoids was due to constipation. I almost never have been constipated. I am taking her advise, but am not sure I need to up my fiber drastically.

This was my first appointment with the provider and I felt very comfortable with her understanding my issues and planning next steps.
