Dr Kirk was pleasant informative and helped me to feel comfortable and his nurse was also very thoughtful and helpful

Dr Kirk was very thoughtful and explained himself well. I also appreciated his gentleness during the exam, being that I was in a fair amount of discomfort.

He was extremely gentle giving me the injection in my knee. When he said are you ready I had my eyes covered and said I'll never be ready and he said good because you're done. I couldn't believe it he was amazing

Very polite answered all questions I asked was very patient with me and worked a lone with me to get the job done to provide my needs. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful friendly appreciate them all very knowledgeable of their job.

I was taken back for my x-ray almost immediately after arrival. I was then brought to the exam room and interviewed by the trainer. I sat over an hour and a half in the exam room and was seen over an hour after my appointment time. No one checked in to let me know how late he was running or to make sure I was ok and comfortable. I appreciate Dr Kirk's time and think he's a great doctor, but the wait time was incredibly long. Especially when you're told to arrive early which I did.

I was frustrated because there was no address on the outside of that building so I drove around for 15 minutes trying to locate it. The address that they provided on advocates website gave the address, but once you drove to the building, there was no address number located outside and the building terribly frustrating.
