The procedure was explained well and it was quick and painless

Everything was excellent. Except: I think you disrespect your patients when you don't inform them at the earliest possible moment that the doctor is running an hour late or an hour and a half late or 2 hours late etc. You would certainly expect A patient to provide you that information. I had errands I could have done if someone had called and said doctor's running about an hour late. As it was I sat in the tiny room from 11:15 to 12:15 before the doctor entered. And that is disrespectful

Dr Kirk Spencer is very good helping to better myself and he is always there to help me

Not my first time with this doc as he has treated both of my kids as well. The staff is always great from the ladies up front checking you in to Dr Kirk's staff. They always take their time and truly listen. Then they give you options and the. Let you discuss out the treatment plan so you are not only part of that decision you fully understand it. I always feel at ease and know I will be heard there.
