I was impressed that she actually called me, as she said she would. Much appreciated.
She came in the room and ask me why I was there. The office called and cancelled my appointment and told me to come in at this time. She could not even remember that she was the one who ordered the 30 day heart monitor.
I was seen right away and the device check went well and the doctor took time with me in order to talk with me and explained everything well and it wasn't too long of an appointment
Was very professional, answered all my questions, listened and addressed my concerns.
