I am handicapped. I requested help getting into the building. The girl that came out to my car said I had to come up to the top of the ramp and then she could help me. I have NEVER had this happen before. I come to different offices several times a month and this has never happened to me. The people are usually very curious.

She was very thorough and she provided good care.

Explained a new procedure to me in a way that I could understand.

I find the new "industrialized" office system very impersonal and miss the old fashioned office style...

I feel like Dr Shruti really listens to what I tell her. She gives me good information for my health.

Shruti is always polite. I had worried about my lab results. She went through the results with me and showed me that they were good results. When I told her that my knees were hurting, she was able to have a doctors office call me and schedule an appointment. She is a very caring person and I left feeling much better.

I am extremely impressed with Shruti. She is very thorough and analyzes the health problems and possible solutions. She monitors my symptoms and makes changes as needed.
