I have not seen this provider for over 6 months, being my fault. Husband retired, insurance changed, waited on new insurance cards to arrive, and procrastination set in on my part, not keeping up with making appointments. This was a physical where tests were ordered, a procedure was done, and appointments were made for my ailments. Once we have answers to all testing, I believe our conversations will be on goals and preventions.
