Advocate does their zoom meetings differently than Northwestern. Northwestern does just a phone call & Advocate does an actual Zoom. I allowed my camera to work but it didn't. I received an email as to how to proceed but a nurse had to call to see if I was ready. I was sorry to have wasted her time. It would have been nice to know how to proceed sooner than right before the call.

Dr Dave is a compassionate and caring doctor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered great advice. She is a great doctor.

I shared that I would be going to Poland/Prague and Dr. Dave took the time to discuss what I would need to address any health issues that might arise when out of the country. I feel very comfortable now leaving the country and well prepared. I'm so fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.
