It is requested to arrive 15 mins early and then wait 10 mins past your appointment time in the waiting area and another 43 minutes in the exam room. This is the 2nd time I was late for another appointment and had to pay a service charge for tardiness. I was in the office for a total of 1 hour and 10 mins. Way too long!! Should be more on time.
