My whole experience from setting up the appointment to filling out the forms online, going to the reception desk and meeting with the doctor went extremely well. Everyone I met and or spoke to was very professional and knowledgeable. I find Dr. Mohis to be a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. She is very easy to talk to and always answers my questions thoroughly.

I have no issue with the actual nurse or doctor. I did have an issue with the scheduler for the Medicare Wellness visit, who scheduled me too early for me visit to "count". Because of this, I had to schedule another appointment for the same Medicare Wellness visit. It took 3 separate phone calls to get the appointment scheduled correctly and they hung up on me twice! Also, my paperwork was misplaced and I had to redo it. Understandably, I was quite frustrated. But again, I have no issues with the actual care providers.

I always appreciate talking with Dr. Mohis. She's very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner.

She takes her time, listens, and still gives some time for conversation. She is truly one of the best out there.

Arrival time of the doctor was extremely late.

I feel like when test results come in and you need a prescription I have waited days, I call, still wait. It seems like the office is under staffed. They need to do better in looking at the messages in live well.
