I was waiting in the exam room for almost 45 minutes. I understand if the PA is busy with another patient but it would be nice if someone could have informed me there would be a delay. Once the PA came into the exam room she provided the care I needed.
I was asked to move around the room naked from the waist up. I was VERY uncomfortable and asked for some covering but was told no. This was by the nurse, not Sheila. I should have been given some type of covering. Other than that I was comfortable with both the nurse and PA.
Appreciate the easy honest style!
Good visit, except that I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes before I seen the PA.
First time leaving a comment. Saw Shelia P.A. In Hartland. Although I made the appt 1 day prior, I was happy about the availability. She was 30 minutes late but all is good. I understand there are many times providers need to spend more time with particular patients. Shelia is the first provider I've ever had that took time to listen and I sincerely appreciate her approachable style. I'd highly recommend her and hope she isn't going anywhere. I wish I'd have found her years ago!
Sheila was not my usual PA but she worked me in because I was leaving on vacation and needed to be checked before leaving. I was very appreciative and she was very thorough.
I understand offices get busy but I was put into an exam room at my scheduled time and was informed the provider was running late. 30 mins later I had to go to the front to find out where my provider was. The office was not busy and I fail to see how the provider was running more than 30 mins late so early in the am. Also she really didn't seem to care.
Always a pleasant experience with Sheila Maurer.

Good exam. Helped me understand my problems.
