The provider did not seem to know my history at all prior to coming into the room. She read off my medical chart to me and then proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me with the concerns I had as the primary reason for my visit. She invalidated my concerns and didn't even give me a chance to voice them fully. I was also told she couldn't prescribe anything without talking to the doctor first. What a waste of a visit and money!

The office called and asked me to come in earlier than my scheduled time, which I did, only to wait and be seen well after my original appointment time.

I waited over 15 minutes after I arrived for my appointment. I went to the front desk and inquired about the delay. The person at the front desk went and talked to the nurse, and said she is coming to get me now. It took another five minutes for her to arrive. I needed lab work done, and Sheila Maurer stated that she didn't understand why the nurse didn't put the order in to the lab. She took care of that for me. After my appointment, I went to the lab. There was only one person in reception, who was on the phone. I waited almost 10 minutes for her to finish her lengthy conversation and she finally checked me in. After my blood draw, as I was leaving, there were two people behind the desk and another person chit chatting with them. I did not feel promptly taken care of at all for this appointment.
