The care provider was great, it's your phone system that is terrible. I liked it when I was able to call the office and have a receptionist that could help me. When we could call and talk to the receptionist where our provider is, you could get answers quicker an appointments better than your new system. When I called for the issue, I have the individual who took the call asked me questions for about 15 minutes and then says that they we'll have a nurse call you. The nurse didn't get back to me till 1130 at night and I had called and talked to somebody who was around three something and I think that is way too long of time. That's why your urgent care and your emergency rooms Have people going there instead of seeing their providers because they can't talk to somebody who can totally help them because nobody knows the patient at all and cannot help them.
