The Dr. did not ask questions to learn about my history and mainly operated based on his understanding of my MRI. He did not ask questions to realize how little I understood my current condition. My wife and I asked many questions to gain a better understanding and know what to expect for the future. In the end, we did not feel this provider understood about the heart of our questions or concerns, and did not seem to care about the major life change we are trying to navigate at home.

office staff, nurses and Dr are very understanding of my disabled son's limitations and react positively to his limited speech and laughter

The doctor patiently listened, then observed and tested then gave a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Although unlikely, he discussed possible side effects of the medication and the importance of contacting him with questions or if experiencing any of the side effects
It just goes about the same way every time. I hope that it can start getting more better with time, hopefully reducing seizures by what the doctor is doing.
