I recently had a family medical emergency and so I'm a little stressed right now, making focusing on my own health care needs difficult & Dr Whitton appeared to understand this & was on agreement when I explained the situation. It also challenges my comprehension & retention about what we discussed about my health care b/c I'm still processing the traumatic incident & focused on family right now. Dr Whitton appeared very empathic to me & I appreciate that. :) Sometimes it takes me a little longer to process conversations & make sense of them, and we don't always have that kind of time during office visits. I do not want to keep other patients & staff waiting. It was a bit difficult to reach his office when I had side effects from the medication, but the staff tried to be supportive when we did connect. It's also difficult to weigh the pros & cons of meds when they appear contraindicated. I'd prefer to try a non prescriptive route if there is one available. The nursing & support staff are also very kind & pleasant to work with.
I was disappointed to find Dr Whitton still wearing a face mask during our interaction. I find the wearing of face masks to be somewhat off-putting.

This was my first visit Dr. Whitton some questions were hard to answer. Should have room for comments under the questions. Overall very satisfied
i do not like that if I have follow up questions for Dr Whitton I cannot reach his office by phone. I get operators from answering services and they just take messages and/or refer me to someone else. Yesterday I talked with 5 different people before I got an answer for my question even though I never was connected with Dr. Whitton's office.
Quick easy visit. First time to see him. Seemed very nice.
