Very late appointment. Waited over an hour. He didn't know my history to know i had a hysterectomy. Just didn't like the feel of the appointment. I definitely miss my doctor that retired
The doctor did not tell me about going to therapy. He gave me the paper with therapy on it, but he wanted me to go to Advocate therapy. I have my own therapist in town. I wanted to use now. I have to get a reference from him to go to the one in town. this is very stressful and unnecessary. If you would've told me about the therapy, I would've told him where I wanted to go at.

Can never see the primary care physician. Appointments have to be made a month in advance which is fine for physicals, but if you have an injury or illness it's urgent care.
Over an hour late for appointment. Seemed disinterested in appointment or any further relationship as a provider.
I was very grateful to get a same day appointment when I called.
