I wish providers were more proactive before my visits regarding weight management and getting to proper building before my surgery got canceled

Shawn Chaung, MD is an amazing doctor with excellent people skills. Him and his nurse are incredible and very knowledgeable.
Just wish I was seen closer to my appointment times and not wait so long

I was very disappointed in this provider. Once I was taken back to the room by the nurse, I waited approximately an hour for the doctor to come in! Also of note, the doctor was wearing a mask, which made it somewhat difficult to understand what he was saying. But in general, I do understand why he would wear a mask with all the sick people walking in and out.
Dr chaung was very friendly...listened to me..and was very good assessing my situation.
The doctor, nurses and assistant was very professional and polite during my visit.
