I was only allowed to ask about 3 problems per the nurse

Staff and doctor are always nice and I get in and out in a timely manner but I don't feel rushed.

I only needed a months worth of prescription because Carelon cancelled my auto refill. The ladies at Aurora said I HAD to come in to renew. Dr. said I DIDN'T HAVE to come in. I'm paying for appointment I didn't need.

Wonderful Doctor. So happy we found him.

The fact that I was not asked if I knew how to prevent illness or injury, exercise and eat correctly by your staff should not be construed negatively. I am an informed patient and proactive about my health which is probably self evident.
