Dr Smith is a great communicator and very personable. He spent a lot of time talking with me about my health issues. Aurora is fortunate to have him.

Instructions for care were given only verbally and with prompting from my questions. No after visit summary containing any specific instructions was provided to me for after my surgery. I did some searching on Google on my own to figure out some specifics that weren't told to me. The surgeon is thorough and takes his time.

Everything went well. Dr Smith was great.

I didn't get the outcome that I desired. That is do to other complications. I need to work on resolving those issues.

Dr. Smith and his team were all personable, efficient, and effective.

Waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen but then had procedure done right away rather than having to return. Appreciated that but would have been helpful to know in advance that a consultation appointment could result in procedure.

OT was excellent. PT did not provide the same level of expertise.

I wish I could see the cost of everything ahead of time.
