He was very nice and he explained everything so I could understand it.
I basically forgot what to do prior to my procedure with food,drink and medicine.
I waited in the exam room nearly 45 minutes before I complained to the nurse. Dr then came in

I was taken back quickly, but it took the doctor about 30 min to come in to see...once he was there, everything went smooth and I felt heard/ taken care of!

I thought Doctor Smith was very thorough. He took quite a bit time asking and answering questions.
