I had to wait an hour past my appointment time before I finally saw my provider

I love all my doctors here at st Luke's.

Dr S and her assistant (whose name I can't remember) were very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable.

I was quite disappointed for the timely matter. I had to wait on the phone considering it was 8:45 AM. I waited close to 45 minutes plus I did take screenshots. Me and the nurse are like I get a vibe off of him, but we'll see what I feel. As far as Sarah she's awesome. She listens to me sadly I'm disappointed. I now have two of my doctors Leaving for a period of time. I understand why they are doing it, but doesn't mean that I'm not worried about meeting new doctors nurses once again. Also for my injections it is a very big inconvenience for me to travel so far to find someone to help me. But I'm stuck and I have no choice.

The appointment was for 9am. The RN took us to the room about 9.10am. After he talked for a minute and took some information, he stepped out for a bit to get the finger meter to measure oxygen level and get a wristband. Both the RN and the doctor returned at 9.40am to do the procedure. That took 15 minutes. This is not the first time that the wait time has been lengthy.

The entire office staff was polite and encouraging. The appointment was ideal for a trip to the doctor's office.

Everyone was kind and courteous in the office. All were patient and helpful. That was very much appreciated.

Excellent doctor, really the best that I have come across. I recommend her to anyone I talk to that has a medical issues that this doctor could help with.
