Dr Stauder was excellent in helping me to get my treatment with my disability. She was also very helpful in providing me information regarding wheelchairs

The only issue is the tardiness. The appointment was for 9.00am. I always do the pre check in online. We arrived at 8.45am and was checked in. At 9.20am, I approached the desk to inquire if the doctor was behind. The front desk worker told me she'll shoot a message to the back and get an update. The waiting room was not busy. Well, never got an update and the nurse came out to get us at 9.30am. He apologized for the delay. He asked my brother how things were going, sign a paper, and then said he'd be back with a wristband. At 9.40am, he came back and then said the doctor would be in shortly for the procedure. She walked in at 10.00am. We didn't get done until 10.40am. Are the appointments stacked one on top of another or what? I can excuse 5 or 10 minutes, but not an hour.

Dr. Stauder and her assistant were excellent. I very much appreciate their time and effort.

Dr. Stauder She always listens and adjust things accordingly. I go in for Botox every three months and she's always very professional and she has the best bedside manner would definitely recommend her.
