Learning a lot of information

The auto check-in is poor. I had a 7:30 AM appointment. I received an email at 6:15 AM for processing my early check in. It directed me to the Live well site and ask me if I was there yet or when I would be there (in 5 - 10 or 15 minutes). To be there early enough I arrived at 7:00 only to find the doors locked. Why would you want me there 1/2 hr early just so I can sit in my car until the doors are open. I will never make an early morning appointment just to sit and wait. My time is worth something to me.
