I live Sarah. She has helped me stabilize during a really difficult time in my life. She listened with out judgement, did not make assumptions, and expected me to be an active participant in my care. She was compassionate and had hard conversations about changes in my heath I need to make. She did so with a strength based approach that left me feeling empowered not shamed. You was beyond wonderful and I am grateful to have her as my primary provider.
