I was very satisfied with my Medicare Wellness Visit but very disappointed to see the notice on the exam room wall. The one that says if you want to discuss medications or managing chronic health issues I would be billed additionally or asked to make another appointment. This seems contrary to good management of health and feels like a money making venture on Aurora's part. As a retired RN I am actually angry that someone thought this was a good policy.

I have always felt that she is genuinely interested in me as a patient & what I have to say. She does not give me the feeling of being "rushed" in & out the door.

Dr. Patel is always very friendly, patient and willing to listen and provide advice or a plan of action.
