The wait time is not great. I do t think I've ever been called back at my appointment time. Not only did we have to wait to get called back, but then we need to wait longer when we are put in a room. Dr Patel is great, her nurses are great, only complaint is the waiting.

Dr Patel always listens to me and helps get me where I need to be.

The virtual visit was easy to connect to and the nurse was on the call on time and the doctor was waiting for us. Very convenient.

I was experiencing every symptom of b12 deficiency but Dr Patel didn't agree. She prescribed diabetes nureophy meds and a referral. I again requested b12 test. The test came back b12 deficiency
