I think everything went well

Visit with Dr. Was good. But when I phone Advocate for prescription refills the nurses who you speak with are totally unhelpful and sometimes actually lie saying they did things and did not. Last time after my fourth call I finally had a nurse that helped me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joshi for 45 years. He is wonderful. I just wish Advocate appreciated him and gave him knowledge assistants. I haven't met the same person twice in years!

Dr Sanjeev Joshi is by far one of the best Dr's available. I would not go to anyone else.

The elelwaiting room was full. I thought when i walked in I'd be waitting. Pleasantly surprised i was taken at my appt time,!!! Dr Joshi was great. He took time to carefully and completely ask questions and explain my issues. Very very happy with visit AND STAFF

Dr. Joshi has been my doctor for decades. He always explains things thoroughly with an understanding of my health issues and history. I appreciate him and his knowledge.

My primary doctor is up to date on my condition and concerns.

Excellent visit with Dr. Joshi as usual. He always take the time to listen and EXPLAIN why your condition is existing. He suggests options and more importantly keep in mind your age and limitations. He allows the patient or family to make the final decision. After he left the room I forgot to ask s question. He was informed by the nurse and returned within a reasonable time. I appreciate his respectful and conversational mannerism. He always displays he has concern for you.

The staff in very patient, concerning, knowledgeable and friendly.
