Dr. Sanjeev Joshi is very knowledgeable. doctor, he is treating us from longtime thanks

Advocate is overbooking these poor doctors causing long wait times. The entire time I was in the waiting room, that was the main complaint. One doctor had a wait of 1.5 hours. I understand patients have crises, but this is constant and needs to be addressed.

Dr Joshi has given good care

Service is very quick. Lab result came in 24 hours. Everything is very good.

I needed Rx. refill,told I had to come in to see PCP 1st! Requested lab work to be done d/t previously told @time of my A1C draw that it couldn't be done @ that time! After lab draw that day I was told I could drop off urine specimen @7am next day.I arrived @7:30am and was told I couldn't enter d/t a staff meeting .Doors opened @9am...when I tooK specimen to lab, Was told I had to get in line to check-in! I had been 1st outside door but had to wait behind 15 others! Than asked if I had I.D. and insurance card! I explained that I gave them when I checked in yesterday, I had to get out of line to retrieve them! I don't know what that meeting was about this morning... but someone should be teaching patient SATISFACTION!!!

Dr Joshi has been my Dr for over 25 yrs. He has always been great

You guys always ask questions about the provider, I am only with Advocate because of Dr. Joshi. I have followed Dr. Joshi from practice to practice for over 30 years. Now ask about your clinic staff we might have other issues.
