I was a new patient for this doctor. He was worth waiting for as he took the time I needed. This office is doing well once one can get there. The Advocate appointment system is difficult to use and having a call center in Georgia try to find a geographically appropriate location is challenging for them. Allowing direct calls to doctors' offices would be much better for patients, if less profitable for the corporate owners of Advocate. The Advocate network provides poor service in terms of communications and billing until one can access the providers who actually do the work. The doctors and nurses giving care have usually been caring and helpful unless pressed for time. Overall system is terrible but so are all the health care networks in this area. I am at least am familiar with Advocate.

I'm always greeted with dignity and respect by the front desk and promptly called to the exam room.Vital signs taken promptly and review of my medication list gone over.
