Even though it was our understanding my insurance was dropping Advocate. And this maybe the first and only time I saw Doc. I still felt as though I was treated with 100% of their ability and attention. I have since found out this will not be the case and I will be able to continue having Advocate as my primary, which make life easier.
Doctor was very good at explaining my questions. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

This provider was so much in a hurry. Can only handle two problems or questions per visit. Any other issues you have to make another appointment. I have never heard that before. Is frequent hospital ER visit better than seeing your PCP? I was having right foot pain radiating to my thigh, left flank pain and frequent chest pains will not talk about it. I had two issues already.
I am impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and kindness of the doctor and staff members. I was treated with respect. Advocate Oak Lawn is clean and well organized. Thank you!
Only complaint is waiting so long for appointments with any doctor.
I appreciated the ability to get an appointment with the doctor so quickly and felt that the doctor was very proactive in wanting to alleviate my pain.
