Dr.V is calming, reassuring, attentive, and most importantly caring. there are no tangible words to describe my anxiety about doctors and doctors offices. She calms those fears and I do not have the god fearing dread going in. Love her!

I feel seen and heard by this provider. She listens and provides information that's understandable and concise. And she makes me feel that she cares.

The front desk lady was very helpful as well, very different from the first time I went to see this provider were the front desk was rude to me and told me that I could've check in in downstairs.

From the moment I walked in, check in, medical assistant and doctor, to check out, I was provided with exceptional care. I'm really happy with this service. Dr. Villalpando is an excellent doctor.

It was our first time meeting. It was explained to me that we needed to go over my health history before she would be able to fill out FMLA paperwork for my spouse. She was patient and listened. She thoroughly completed the documents because they are due before the end of the month. She had me reschedule the Medicare annual exam because the documents were going to take more time to complete. I appreciate that she knew how to complete them. In my experience, not all doctors have been familiar.
