The triage nurse, front desk, and doctor were all wonderful and professional. The nurse who took my history before seeing the doctor cut me off when I was answering, seemed annoyed and did not explain next steps well. I was disappointed, as I have never felt that way before at this office.

The Doc answered all my questions and took the time to discuss my issues.

She has been my Dr. For a long time. I wouldn't want to change .If there's a problem she handles it.

When talking on the phone it is not as good as in office appointments. Once you hang up it's over, you can't remember something and turn and ask additional questions and you can't SEE people or get vitals I'm not in favor of phone appointments
