The doctor's visit was great! I had great difficulty getting the labs drawn prior to the visit. There was inaccurate information on line as to what labs were open on the weekend and when I checked the website to see if walk-ins would be accepted at other labs, there was no information. When I called to find out if walk-ins were accepted, no one answered the phone. I finally went to a lab that said it was open and the amazing staff worked me in. Better accuracy with your websites and improved access to a human to answer questions would create a better patient experience.

She rushed me through my appointment. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I really like her as a doctor, but based on how I was treated, I may look elsewhere.

Very pleasant and positive experience...all staff seemed very efficient and knowledgeable.

I had a visit with Dr. Then had X-ray of my heel. Finished off with blood work all in one visit. Loved that! Thank you. Doesn't happen like that often.

I like how the doctor make sure all my concerns are addressed.
