The whole appointment from the audio test to seeing the doctor was excellent. I saw a different ent and therefore I had a comparison. This office and the efficiency of doing the test first and having the doctor read those results helped a lot. The doctor also had a great bedside manner - I was so happy I sought out a second opinion!

Dr. Racette is awesome and goes above and beyond. He makes personal calls in the evening or on the weekend to see how I'm doing. Nobody does that but him which clearly demonstrates his concern for me and my well being. I give him two thumbs up!!!!!

He is the only sinus doctor who gave me hope that he can fix my perforated septum and possibly my sniffling problem. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing him again to fix these.
