Dr. Samuel was excellent! His manner was exemplary! He helped me, when two visits to the ER, did nothing!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and was going to do anything he could, to fix the problem. His staff was attentive, and when I called the number I actually got his office, instead of the infamous Aurora Medical Center switchboard, which takes forever and goes nowhere! I asked questions, I got answers, they fix the problem, he will be my ENT doctor from now on! I would recommend him to everyone! Best service I have had from a medical facility in years!
