He is the best ENT specialist I ever have !!!

Great experience from desk to doctor.

I am not sure of the intent of Dr. Racette's observation in my "After Visit Summary" that my responses to him were "age appropriate". I was relieved that the medical assistant who used an oximeter to check my pulse rate and blood oxygenation level heeded my comment that several times such an instrument has given wildly inaccurate results for my pulse rate.

2nd opinion appointment scheduled and I was so glad I chose to schedule with Dr Racette. His staff was very attentive as well as Dr Racette. I felt very heard about my concerns which was not the case with another provider previously. Dr Racette made sure to explain things in terms I could understand, he provided options on next steps and let me choose what would work best for me! Thank you for being a great clinic and making a patient feel heard and not rushed at all!

Dr Racette was excellent. He was personable, very knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail and walked me through a procedure in his office explaining what to expect. This kept my stress level very low. He explained treatment options for now and potentially for the future if Needed. I cannot say enough about how great he was! An excellent professional!!!

He was very thorough in understanding my issues and explaining alternatives for treatment. I liked that his assistant was in the room, carefully, taking notes.
