Appreciate Dr. Racette's care and attention to ongoing problems with rinses and a lack of delivering med into back sinuses. Happy to try the new alternative Nasoneb nebulizer.
Dr Racette was respectful. He shook my hand at beginning and conclusion of visit. Very thorough and I knew what next steps were.
I feel I did not gain anything about my condition except the same old. It would be nice to have someone that keeps trying to find what is causing my problem

Dr. Racette is exactly what we need in medicine today. He is professional and knowledgeable, but approachable and compassionate at the same time. He makes me feel as if I am a partner in my healthcare, and I'm not afraid to ask questions and discuss different treatment options. He goes out of his way to ensure I'm as comfortable as possible during treatments that can often be uncomfortable. The suddenness of my unexpected hearing loss due to cancer treatment has been somewhat traumatic for me, but Dr. Racette has made it infinitely easier. In addition, his team is always friendly and extremely efficient. In between appointments, if I have to reach out to them with questions or concerns, they are very helpful and responsive. Overall, this is the kind of excellence in healthcare that I wish more providers would emulate.
