I was seen and taken care of by the physician in a timely fashion. However, my BIGGEST complaint was with the nursing staff. I waited for 43 minutes for the nurse to come into the room to hand me referral papers and give me my vaccinations. She never showed up. I left without my referral sheets or my vaccines. I heard her along with other nurses having a conversation, with a sales rep or someone who was providing lunch, mean while I sat, unattended for 43 minutes. The nursing staff needs A LOT more work.

Everything was very good with the medical professional. I will definitely return to my consultations with you.

For me, all the medical staff, doctors and nurses, are excellent and very attentive when listening to the patient.

I have to say that while overall it was a good experience, the student in the room was not. Coming to the doctor's office is already stressful for me but to then have a student in the room who is not paying attention and on their phone the whole time like I'm some afterthought was not helpful.

Always get me a appointment quickly
