That Advocate should make it clear in the appointment confirmation online that this is a separate building across the parking lot for Rheumatology and not the Aurora building on Ryan road that patients are usually seen for their appointments When I arrived @ the Aurora bldg and also the other bldg the receptionists confirmed how many times that happens Considering those rheumatology patients are usually hurting Totally inconsiderate and preventable with proper labeling and info Not to mention messing up th doctors schedule for people that would have arrived 15 minutes are now just getting there after going to the second floor of the Aurora building to get the information that should have been given to them originally
