I was left in the room after the visit. I waited for the nurse to come and direct me out because I needed to schedule an appointment that would have to be double booked. When I went out in the hallway, two nurses were chatting at their station and didn't realize I was still there. Very unprofessional.

My experience with the provider was excellent; however, I cannot say the same for the medical assistant. The interaction felt unorganized, and the radiology staff member was quite rude. Additionally, the front desk staff spoke so loudly that personal information could easily be overheard, and the checkout process was incomplete as no follow-up appointment was scheduled. While I appreciate the quality of care provided by my clinician, the supporting staff would greatly benefit from additional training in professionalism, communication, and patient equity.
