Dr. Hicks is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to listen to what I have to say, is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. He explains things clearly and I trust his advice.
So far all the services that I have had the last 2 days have been wonderful. I just haven't left the hospital yet. Thank you

Looked at my medical problems with a new prospective. Seemed to want to get to bottom of things.
The Doctor and nurses were great. They need to focus more on diet and exercise. Otherwise they were great.
Waited way too long once in care room. Felt a strong disconnect in what I, as a Senior, needed to accomodate my concerns of health care. Great person and loves to chat, just not tuned into what was required. Going forward I will demand more of my care provider. By the way, a nurse tried to draw my blood for tests with no success. Second nurse tried with great success. Besides all the needless sticks, some nurses need to practice this task more. All in all, I felt very unsuccessful with my annual exam.
