Everyone at this location is kind, caring, and thorough.
Dr Hicks was understanding about my problems. Hs took time to explain. And his reasoning was logical. He didn't have an all or nothing approach. He was respectful.
I M extremely happy with my first visit, Dr Hicks listened to everything I was having a problem with. I hope he stays here.
This is the first time he has seen me and did look up all my previous medical information. He was very helpful with trying something for my chronic larangitis. And recommended that I make an appointment with my ear, nose and throat doctor.

New doctor is awesome. Nurse/aid was the best I've had there too. This doctor listened and sat and wasn't in a hurry to leave the room. Excited to have a possible companion in my health journey
